How does the quota system work?

Free tier users get 5 lifetime AI coaching reviews. Code executions are free on all tiers (subject to a rate limit of 10 runs per minute to prevent abuse). Pro subscribers get unlimited AI coaching reviews and the ability to retry coaching on past attempts.

What is the difference between Learning and Interview mode?

Learning Mode is designed for study: it allows you to run test cases iteratively while writing code before requesting the final AI review. Interview Mode simulates a real interview: you lock in your approach up front, write your code, and run it once. No intermediate runs or editing are allowed once the run is started.

How do I upgrade or manage my subscription?

You can upgrade on our Pricing page. Once upgraded, you can manage your subscription, download invoices, or cancel at any time by visiting Settings and clicking 'Manage Subscription', which securely redirects to the Stripe Customer Portal.

How is my account data handled when deleted?

When you choose to delete your account in Settings, we delete your authentication credentials from Clerk and anonymize your local user profile. We keep your historical practice attempts, scores, and credit transactions in an anonymized state. This helps us maintain accurate analytics while ensuring all your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is permanently erased for GDPR compliance.

Is my code secure?

Yes. All test runs are executed inside an isolated, secure server-side sandbox (using Piston/nsjail) with strict memory and time limits, no network access, and a read-only filesystem, preventing any unauthorized actions. When you request an AI review, the code, approach, and test outcomes are passed securely to the Anthropic API (Claude) for evaluation under strict safety guidelines.

How do I report bugs or suggest features?
